The honest version is a small design practice: you make things people want, a plant prints them, you handle taste and traffic. The dishonest version is 400 listings of the same sans-serif joke and a course that calls it a brand.
We file this as caution because the rails are real and the hype is optional. If your plan starts with “scale 10 stores,” you are already describing a job you will hate.
